HOW DID THE NURSES COMMIT TO COMPLETING THEIR JOBS EFFECTIVELY?
For the nurses to
complete their jobs effectively, they devoted their whole time at war
to helping the soldiers when they needed help (for many different
reasons). The love and dedication that the nurses had towards their
job, and essentially their country, was also a motivation for the
nurses to be able to get through the day. Though the nurses did not
have time to themselves, they did not complain. They instead always
prioritised everybody else before themselves, meaning the diggers and
the other nurses.
The soldiers however did keep it in their interests to assure safety to the nurses. The nurses in the end, did not fret that they were in terrible conditions, they instead took whatever was thrown at them and attempted to make the best out of the situations they were placed in, and they felt satisfied knowing they were doing their job and keeping others safe.
